How We Handle Your Insured

  • Insured is contacted immediately upon receipt of loss unless instructed otherwise
  • procedure Thoroughly Explained to the Insured
  • Upon arriving at loss to perform the pick up, our loss coordinator will handle our"step by step procedure"she to the insured detailing every step of our restoration process, answering any question and addressing any concerns. Also, the loss coordinator will scope the loss with the insured and/or a jester to make sure only affected garments are removed for restoration services and to go over any special instructions (I. Eat. Allergies, special detergent, etc..)
  • garments are inventory by the room so they are returned to their proper places
  • Drapes and curtains are examined to determine whether to be taken down and cleaned at our plant or to be handled on site by one of our professional drapery technicians. In the event drapes are taken down, after we cleaned them, we will re-hang and re-steam them on site for perfection
  • Upon arriving at our plant, we itemize in process the priority garments for an immediate turnaround so we can't accommodate your insured. Meanwhile we itemize the remaining garments in order to provide the adjusters and accurate estimate in order to set their reserves
  • We'll deliver their garments to any specified location. Maybe a hotel, a trailer, a temporary address or to the original loss site. Free long-term storage is also available.
